`1`Forcibly Rescuing Seized Property `2` "Legal Lexicon":
FORCIBLY RESCUING SEIZED PROPERTY - A Federal crime. In order for a person to be found guilty of forcibly rescuing seized property the government must prove: Someone authorized to do so under the law had seized property; the person knew that the property had been seized by one authorized to do so under the law; and the defendant forcibly retook the property without the consent of the government. 'Forcibly' is not limited to proof of force against persons, but includes any force that enables the defendant to retake the seized property.
