签入职合同了可以马上离职吗？

法律分析：签了合同，虽可以辞职，但口头随便辞职不可以，辞职需提前30天书面通知单位，试用期提前3天通知单位。另外，和单位协商一致可以辞职，单位同意了，可以立刻解除劳动关系。因当事人还未开始上班，一般都会约定试用期，可提前3天通知单位，或者与单位协商一致，都可以解除劳动合同。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
