法律分析：哺乳期加班是不合法的。劳动法有明确规定，如果宝宝未满一周岁，是不能强制要求加班的，所以可以向单位申请免加班。如果单位存在违法行为，可以向当地的劳动局申请仲裁。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第六十三条 不得安排女职工在哺乳未满一周岁的婴儿期间从事国家规定的第三级体力劳动强度的劳动和哺乳期禁忌从事的其他劳动，不得安排其延长工作时间和夜班劳动。
