释义	犯本罪的，处七年以上有期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产；情节特别严重的，处无期徒刑，并处没收财产；情节较轻的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。与走私罪犯通谋，为其提供贷款、资金、帐号、发票、证明，或者为其提供运输、保管、邮寄或者其他方便的，以走私罪的共犯论处。武装掩护走私的，依照本法第一百五十一条第一款的规定从重处罚。以暴力、威胁方法抗拒缉私的，以走私罪和本法第二百七十七条规定的阻碍国家机关工作人员依法执行职务罪，依照数罪并罚的规定处罚。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百五十一条
