释义	法律分析：个人提供贷款时，不得提前从本金中扣除利息。因为先扣利息损害了借款人的合法利益，使借款人实际获得的贷款少于合同约定的贷款金额，影响了其资金的正常使用，增加了借款人的负担；也容易引起借款合同双方的纠纷。贷款人违反法律规定，在提供贷款时仍从本金中扣除利息的，借款人只需按照实际贷款金额返还贷款并计算利息。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十条借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。
