释义	法律分析: 需要赔付，目前很多快递公司自行规定拒收或申明“破损自负”，无疑是有意回避风险，或将风险转嫁给消费者。其实国家邮政局发布的《快递服务》邮政行业标准中，并没有规定不能邮寄易碎品。同时即使注明“破损自负”条款，但是毛病出在托运途中或者对托运的物品未采取必要安全措施，托运机构也有责任，应酌情赔偿。法律依据: 《快递市场管理办法》第四条经营快递业务的企业应当依法经营，诚实守信，公平竞争，为用户提供迅速、准确、安全、方便的快递服务。
