释义	法律分析：在我国遗弃家庭成员指家庭成员中负有赡养、扶养、抚养义务的一方，对需要赡养、扶养和抚养的另一方，不履行其应尽的义务的违法行为。如果离婚存在遗弃家庭成员的情形的，无过错方可以要求离婚损害赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零九十一条有下列情形之一，导致离婚的，无过错方有权请求损害赔偿：（一）重婚；（二）与他人同居；（三）实施家庭暴力；（四）虐待、遗弃家庭成员；（五）有其他重大过错。
