法律分析：最新诋毁商业信誉既遂的处罚标准：构成本罪既遂的，应处以二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金。本罪的行为人实施了捏造并散布虚伪事实的行为，损害他人的商业信誉并给他人造成重大损失或情节严重的，才构成本罪的既遂，应当依照本罪规定的量刑标准予以处罚。

捏造并散布虚伪事实，损害他人的商业信誉、商品声誉，给他人造成重大损失或者有其他严重情节的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金。
