释义	法律分析: 因合同提起的诉讼，由被告住所地或者合同履行地人民法院管辖，最高院司法解释规定：“加工承揽合同，以加工行为地为合同履行地，但合同中对履行地有约定的除外。”依据上述两项法律规定，加工承揽合同纠纷应由合同约定的履行地(比如约定安装地)或实际履行地(加工定作所在地)法院所在地管辖。在没有约定的情况下也可适用一般原告就被告的规定。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二十三条因合同纠纷提起的诉讼，由被告住所地或者合同履行地人民法院管辖。
