并未明确规定装修押金收取规定，如今多地都已出台规定认定收取装修保证金为不合法行为。
法律依据：
《关于印发苏州市物业服务收费管理实施细则的通知》 第三十六条 物业服务企业收取物业服务的保证金、押金应当符合规定，严禁以保证金、押金等形式变相收费。物业服务企业不得向业主、物业使用人收取装修押金或保证金。物业服务企业为业主、物业使用人的装修活动提供基本服务以外的额外服务需要收费的，可根据实际成本向市、县级市价格主管部门、物业管理行政主管部门申报，经核准收费标准后执行。
