释义	全体业主过1/2参加投票，选举有效。法律依据：《物业管理条例》第十二条业主大会会议可以采用集体讨论的形式，也可以采用书面征求意见的形式；但是，应当有物业管理区域内专有部分占建筑物总面积过半数的业主且占总人数过半数的业主参加。业主可以委托代理人参加业主大会会议。业主大会决定本条例第十一条第（五）项和第（六）项规定的事项，应当经专有部分占建筑物总面积2/3以上的业主且占总人数2/3以上的业主同意；
