法律分析：除非有明确的证据证明所签订的合同非自己的真实意思表示，但这在实务中基本是不可能的。所以，即使合同没看清楚就签了，合同也自签订之日起就发生了法律效力。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百四十六条 行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
