释义	在拘留所里是不需要交生活费的。在被拘留期间的生活费由国家财政支付。法律依据：《中华人民共和国拘留所条例实施办法》第十二条拘留所的基础建设经费、修缮费、日常运行公用经费、办案(业务)经费、装备经费、被拘留人给养经费等由公安机关提请本级人民政府列入财政预算予以足额保障。县级以上地方人民政府公安机关应当会同本级财政部门每年对被拘留人伙食费、医疗费等给养经费标准进行核定。
