释义	法律分析: 公司欠税后果有加收滞纳金，从滞纳税款之日起，按日加收滞纳税款万分之五的滞纳金。欠缴税款数额较大的纳税人在处分其不动产或者大额资产之前，应当向税务机关报告，否则会受到罚款等处罚。《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第四十四条欠缴税款的纳税人或者他的法定代表人需要出境的，应当在出境前向税务机关结清应纳税款、滞纳金或者提供担保。未结清税款、滞纳金，又不提供担保的，税务机关可以通知出境管理机关阻止其出境。
