释义	法律分析: 生产销售劣药罪的量刑标准，可细分为：生产的劣药严重危害人体健康的，处三至十年有期徒刑，并处罚金；如果导致人员死亡或者是有其他比较严重的后果，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产。《刑法》第一百四十二条生产、销售劣药，对人体健康造成严重危害的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；后果特别严重的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产。药品使用单位的人员明知是劣药而提供给他人使用的，依照前款的规定处罚。
