释义	法律分析：关于“父债”的归还，只要在子女继承了父母的遗产之后才负有归还义务，而且只是在继承财富的范围内停止归还，对超出继承财富范围的局部债务没有法定义务停止归还。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实践价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当交纳的税款和债务。超越遗产实践价值局部，继承人自愿归还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务能够不负清偿义务。
