释义	法律分析：轻度智力障碍残疾人签合同没有法律效力，智障人士根据智障的程度不同，属于无民事行为能力人、或者限制民事行为能力人。如果智障人士触犯刑法条款，根据其智障的严重程度、以及造成损害的大小，应当予以从轻或减轻处罚、甚至不追究刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二十二条不能完全辨认自己行为的成年人为限制民事行为能力人，实施民事法律行为由其法定代理人代理或者经其法定代理人同意、追认是，可以独立实施纯获利益的民事法律行为或者与其智力、精神健康状况相适应的民事法律行为。
