释义	法律分析: 一般不会有什么危害。久悬账户指的是权利人长时间未办理过业务的处于休眠状态的账户。但若要到银行开立一般户、专用户等需要经人民银行审核或在人行备案的账户时，就会因为有久悬户而无法开立其他账户法律依据: 《中华人民共和国商业银行法》第三十条对单位存款，商业银行有权拒绝任何单位或者个人查询，但法律、行政法规另有规定的除外；有权拒绝任何单位或者个人冻结、扣划，但法律另有规定的除外。
