释义	法律分析：从法律上讲，哺乳假不可以一次性休完。如果允许这样休，那么每天一小时的哺乳假就名存实亡，失去了意义，那还不如延长产假就行，何必规定有哺乳假。在协商的情况下，必须双方达成一致性的意见，才能够集中休假。用人单位如果集中休假则是违法的。法律依据：《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第九条对哺乳未满1周岁婴儿的女职工，用人单位不得延长劳动时间或者安排夜班劳动。用人单位应当在每天的劳动时间内为哺乳期女职工安排1小时哺乳时间；女职工生育多胞胎的，每多哺乳1个婴儿每天增加1小时哺乳时间。
