释义	法律分析：可以和军人离婚。不过与军人离婚的一般需要征得军人的同意，如果军人不同意离婚的，是不能离婚的；当然如果军人一方存在重大过错的情况除外。所谓重大过错是指下列情况：（一）重婚或有配偶者与他人同居的；（二）实施家庭暴力或虐待、遗弃家庭成员的；（三）有赌博、吸毒等恶习屡教不改的；（四）军人有其他重大过错导致夫妻感情破裂的情形。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零八十一条，现役军人的配偶要求离婚，应当征得军人同意，但是军人一方有重大过错的除外。
