释义	律师解答：被征收人在法定期限内不申请行政复议或者不提起行政诉讼，在补偿决定规定的期限内又不搬迁的，由作出房屋征收决定的市、县级人民政府依法申请人民法院强制执行。强制执行申请书应当附具补偿金额和专户存储账号、产权调换房屋和周转用房的地点和面积等材料。【法律依据】：《行政强制法》第四十四条对违法的建筑物、构筑物、设施等需要强制拆除的，应当由行政机关予以公告，限期当事人自行拆除。当事人在法定期限内不申请行政复议或者提起行政诉讼，又不拆除的，行政机关可以依法强制拆除
