释义	看伤情如何，如果轻伤以上，两年仍然可以报案，构成故意伤害罪，追究刑事责任。如果不构成轻伤，则构成治安案件，只有六个月时效。过了六个月就不能再要求公安机关进行治安处罚。民事诉讼时效为三年，因此仍然可以就损害赔偿向法院提起民事诉讼。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十四条故意伤害他人身体的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。犯前款罪，致人重伤的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑；致人死亡或者以特别残忍手段致人重伤造成严重残疾的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。
