3.《拆迁补偿协议书》：在清偿补偿款项和过渡期间，如产权人有资产遭受丢失、侵犯、毁损等情况，由拆迁工作组负责赔偿。
因此，在拆迁资产清查期间，产权所有人应当密切配合拆迁单位的工作，同时留存相关证据和文件，如有资产损伤或遗失，拆迁单位应当依法赔偿。
