释义	法律分析：法院是审判机关,法庭是审判机关的内设机构或者派出机构。法院是独立的法人,法庭则没有法人资格。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于人民法庭若干问题的规定》第三条人民法庭根据地区大小、人口多少、案件数量和经济发展状况等情况设置，不受行政区划的限制。第四条人民法庭是基层人民法院的派出机构和组成部分，在基层人民法院的领导下进行工作。人民法庭作出的裁判，就是基层人民法院的裁判。第五条上级人民法院对人民法庭的工作进行指导和监督。
