释义	企业宣告破产的后果是1.债务人自破产宣告之日起停止生产经营活动。为债权人利益确有必要继续生产经营的，须经人民法院许可。2.破产企业从破产宣告之日起，即丧失对自己财产的管理权和处分权，其全部财产由清算组接管。债务人的银行账户只能由清算组使用。3.破产企业未履行的合同，由清算组决定解除或者继续履行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第六条人民法院审理破产案件，应当依法保障企业职工的合法权益，依法追究破产企业经营管理人员的法律责任。
