退休时身份证与档案时间不符应该怎么办？ |

档案记载的出生时间与身份证不一致时，办理退休应以本人档案最先记载的出生时间为准。退休年龄身份证和档案年龄不符以档案年龄为准。规定按照以下要求来规范退休审批程序，健全审批制度：
1、对职工出生时间的认定，实行居民身份证与职工档案相结合的办法。
2、当本人身份证与档案记载的出生时不一致时，以本人档案最先记载的出生时间为准。
3、要加强对居民身份证和职工档案的管理，严禁随意更改职工出生时间和编造档案。扩展资料退休年龄的注意事项一般来说，职工退休年龄的档案记载与身份证记载相矛盾可能是以下四种情况的任何一种：
1、在初次就业时，职工在填报出生时间时阴、阳历不分，导致出生时间在月份上的差异。
2、为达到提前退休目的，采取其他不法手段和其他有可能导致出生时间差异的情况。
3、在劳动部门办理招工手续时，职工为避免年龄过大（过小）不被单位录用而采取虚报改小（加大）自己的年龄。
4、入伍时不达（超过）年令，为达服役目的而更改出生时间。
两者年龄不一致的：应以当事人最原始的档案（户口本、《出生医学证明》）上记载的年龄准，办理退休手续。
