释义	法律客观：《机动车强制报废标准规定》第六条变更使用性质或者转移登记的机动车应当按照下列有关要求确定使用年限和报废：（一）营运载客汽车与非营运载客汽车相互转换的，按照营运载客汽车的规定报废，但小、微型非营运载客汽车和大型非营运轿车转为营运载客汽车的，应按照本规定附件1所列公式核算累计使用年限，且不得超过15年。第五条各类机动车使用年限分别如下：（一）小、微型出租客运汽车使用8年，中型出租客运汽车使用10年，大型出租客运汽车使用12年。
