释义	法律分析：无效。房屋租赁合同有无效力，对房屋租赁合同的效力主要应从以下几个方面来审查：（一）审查合同的主体是否适格。如是否为无民事行为能力人，或限制民事行为能力人等。（二）审查租赁的标的物是否为法律法规禁止出租。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
