释义	法律分析: 输方故意不领判决书，法院会公告送达。诉讼法规定，在通过直接送达、留置送达、邮寄送达、委托送达、转交送达等方式均无法送达的情况下，法院就会公告送达的。公告送达六十日后，就视为送达到了。从送达之日起，败诉方就要按判决书中有判决期限履行义务，否则胜诉方就可以申请法院强制执行了。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十二条受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。
