释义	终审判决，是指法院对案件的最后一级判决我国实行两审终审制，中级人民法院、高级人民法院和最高人民法院的第二审就是终审。最高人民法院的第一审也是终审。根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第148条规定：“第二审的判决、裁定和最高人民法院的判决、裁定，都是终审的判决、裁定。”
