释义	法律分析：不能撤销。免除是指债权人抛弃债权，从而消灭合同关系及其他债权关系的单方行为。免除债务发生绝对消灭的效力，债权人免除债务人部分债务的，被免除债务与债的关系消灭；债权人免除全部债务的，债的关系全部消灭。免除系单方行为，自债权人向债务人或其代理人作出意思表示后，即产生债务消灭的效果。因而，一旦债权人作出免除的意思表示，即不得撤销。法律依据：
