法律分析：
有人私自查询个人信息有证据证明私自调取，就可以证明是违法的。侵犯其隐私权。公民个人，经法定的审批程序，可以查询其他公民的个人信息；如果个人未经法定审批程序，私自查询的，肯定是违法行为。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第二百五十三条 国家机关或者金融、电信、交通、教育、医疗等单位的工作人员，违反国家规定，将本单位在履行职责或者提供服务过程中获得的公民个人信息，出售或者非法提供给他人，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金。
