海员健康证到期最迟可以延长多久 -法律知识

法律分析:
健康证明在航行中有效期期满的，在到达下一个有缔约国认可的从业医生的停靠港之前该健康证明仍然有效，但为期不得超过3个月。在紧急情况下，海事管理机构可允许持有近日过期的健康证明的海船船员工作至下一个具有缔约国认可从业医生的港口，但许可的期限不得超过3个月。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国海船船员健康证明管理办法》 第九条 健康证明有效期满的，海船船员应重新申请健康证明。
