问题	当事人可以变更合同吗?
释义	民法典的基本原则之一就是合同自由原则。当事人在不违反法律、法规、不损害社会公共利益和他人利益的前提下，经协商一致，就可以订立合同。当事人享有订立合同的自由，同样也享有变更合同的自由。因此，（民法典）第五百四十三条规定：当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。但法律、行政法规规定变更合同应当办理批准、登记等手续的，当事人应当依照规定办理批准、登记手续。另外，根据（民法典）第五百四十六条的规定，当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，视为未变更。
