释义	刑事诉讼法中的送达有哪些规定依据民事诉讼法的规定，法院法律文书送达的，一般是送达给收件人本人，如果本人不在的，可以由他的成年家属或者单位的负责人员代收。《刑事诉讼法》第一百零五条送达传票、通知书和其他诉讼文件应当交给收件人本人;如果本人不在，可以交给他的成年家属或者所在单位的负责人员代收。收件人本人或者代收人拒绝接收或者拒绝签名、盖章的时候，送达人可以邀请他的邻居或者其他见证人到场，说明情况，把文件留在他的住处，在送达证上记明拒绝的事由、送达的日期，由送达人签名，即认为已经送达。
