释义	司法协助的原则有哪些进行司法协助应当坚持平等、互惠原则。当事各国地位平等，相互尊重，不得将本国意志强加他国或以此为借口制裁、攻击他国。国与国之间没有司法协助条约时，应坚持互惠对等，彼此遵循国际惯例。同样，我国人民法院受托完成协助任务时，也须依照上述原则对委托内容详加审查。凡违反中华人民共和国法律的基本原则或者国家主权、安全、社会公共利益的不予协助。
