释义	法律分析：交房通知书发出后一个月内必须收房。法律依据：《商品房销售管理办法》第三十条房地产开发企业应当按照合同约定，将符合交付使用条件的商品房按期交付给买受人。未能按期交付的，房地产开发企业应当承担违约责任。因不可抗力或者当事人在合同中约定的其他原因，需延期交付的，房地产开发企业应当及时告知买受人。第三十一条房地产开发企业销售商品房时设置样板房的，应当说明实际交付的商品房质量、设备及装修与样板房是否一致，未作说明的，实际交付的商品房应当与样板房一致。
