释义	法律分析：对法院的保全措施可以复议一次，对裁定不服的话，可以对涉案案件提起上诉或者再审。民事诉讼法司法解释六规定，对当事人不服财产保全、先予执行裁定提出的复议申请，人民法院应及时审查。裁定正确的，通知驳回当事人的申请定不当的，作出新的裁定变更或者撤销原裁定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百七十二条第二审人民法院审理上诉案件，可以进行调解。调解达成协议，应当制作调解书，由审判人员、书记员署名，加盖人民法院印章。调解书送达后，原审人民法院的判决即视为撤销。
