释义	法律分析：合伙人对企业债务承担的连带责任，使其对合伙企业债务有先行清偿的义务，即当企业财产不足以清偿所欠债务时，其不足部分，债权人可要求合伙企业的任一合伙人予以清偿，该合伙人应以自己的其他财产先行清偿所余债务。由于该债务既包括偿债合伙人自己应承担的份额，也包括企业其他合伙人应承担的份额。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》第四十条合伙人由于承担无限连带责任，清偿数额超过本法第三十三条第一款规定的其亏损分担比例的，有权向其他合伙人追偿。
