有偿捐献血浆合法 -法律知识

法律分析：
理论上有偿献血在中国是不合法的。在医院里进行输血的病人，收取的费用也并不是血液本身的费用，而是血液中心需要对抽取的血液进行检测等过程的费用。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国献血法》 第九条 血站对献血者必须免费进行必要的健康检查；身体状况不符合献血条件的，血站应当向其说明情况，不得采集血液。献血者的身体健康条件由国务院卫生行政部门规定。血站对献血者每次采集血液量一般为二百毫升，最多不得超过四百毫升，两次采集间隔不少于六个月。严格禁止血站违反前款规定对献血者超量、频繁采集血液。
