可以协议断绝父女关系吗

释义

法律主观：

父女关系不能断绝，法律不允许，即使通过某些途径断绝父女关系了法律也不会承认。父母与子女的亲属关系是基于血缘形成的，血缘关系无法改变，因出生而产生，因死亡而消灭。

法律客观：

《民法典》第一千零六十七条，父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
