释义	一般共同犯罪是指共同犯罪人之间无特殊组织形式的共同犯罪，以共同犯罪人之间有无组织形式标准进行划分的。一般共同犯罪，简称一般共犯，又称非集团性共犯，指没有特殊组织形式的共同犯罪。对这种形式的共同犯罪而言，共同犯罪人一般是为实施某种特定的犯罪而临时结合，一旦完成特定的犯罪后，其犯罪联盟就不复存在。一般共同犯罪，既可以是事前通谋的共同犯罪，也可以是事前无通谋的共同犯罪;既可以是简单共同犯罪，也可以是复杂共同犯罪。法律依据：根据《刑法》第25条第1款的规定，共同犯罪是指二人以上共同故意犯罪。
