释义	法律分析：转让合同约定履行的时间，或有证据证明股权受让人最近一次提出赔偿要求的日期起算。债权的诉讼时效是3年，自知道或者应当知道之日起计算，但自权利被侵害之日起超过20年的，人民法院不予保护。诉讼时效过了并不表示债权丧失，而是丧失了诉讼权利，如果当事人自愿履行的，不受诉讼时效的限制。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十八条向人民法院请求保护民事权利的诉讼时效期间为三年。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。
