释义	法律分析：劳动争议仲裁提出管辖权异议的，得到裁定的，对裁定结果不满，并不可以上诉，只是可以向基层人民法院提请撤销裁定。因为劳动争议仲裁委员会没有上一级仲裁委员会，所以没有上诉机关。法律依据：《劳动人事争议仲裁办案规则》第十条当事人提出管辖异议的，应当在答辩期满前书面提出。仲裁委员会应当审查当事人提出的管辖异议，异议成立的，将案件移送至有管辖权的仲裁委员会并书面通知当事人；异议不成立的，应当书面决定驳回。当事人逾期提出的，不影响仲裁程序的进行。
