释义	法律分析: 医疗保险住院以后，住院的床位费可以按规定数额报销的，三级医院一般的床位费基本上都在规定的数额以内。但是超出规定的高级病床或包间式病床床位费会有一定比例的自费部分。普通病房床位费医保支付标准，定点医疗机构普通病房床位费医保支付标准按C等病房床位费收费标准支付，超出C等病房床位费收费标准的费用由参保人员自负。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国城镇职工基本医疗保险条例》第二十八条个人帐户用于支付统筹基金支付范围之外的医疗费；个人帐户不足支付的，由本人自负。
