释义	《计算机软件保护条例》规定，除开发者的身份权外，其余各项权利的保护期为二十五年，截止于软件首次发表后第二十五年的十二月三十一日。保护期满前，软件可以向软件登记管理机关申请续展二十五年，但保护期最长不超过五十年。在软件著作权的保护期内，符合法律规定的继承活动、使用许可活动和转让活动的发生，均不改变该软件著作权的保护期。软件期满后，除开发者的身份权外，该软件的其他各项权利即行终止。
