释义	被扶（抚）养人生活费是指患者在发生医疗事故前，造成受害人生前或丧失劳动能力以前扶养的人扶养来源的丧失，向受其扶（抚）养者提供的必要生活费用。计算该项赔偿额时应注意：被抚养人的法律特征（构成要件）1、被扶养人须是侵权行为的非直接受害人2、被扶养人须是直接受害人生前或致残前扶养的人3、被扶养人须是因侵权行为而致其法定扶养权利丧失的人4、被扶养人须是因此而享有法定扶养赔偿请求权的人
