释义	法律分析：抵押物如由抵押人自己占有并负责保管，在抵押期间，非经债权人同意，抵押人将同一抵押物转让他人，或者就抵押物价值已设立抵押部分再抵押的，其行为无效。不经过债权人同意私自卖出抵押物，有诈骗嫌疑，是否属于犯罪，视抵押物价值、案件情节、后果等情况确定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十七条债权人转让债权的，受让人取得与债权有关的从权利，但是该从权利专属于债权人自身的除外。受让人取得从权利不因该从权利未办理转移登记手续或者未转移占有而受到影响。
