释义	法律分析：档案可以改，不能随便更改的。如果你认为档案材料中有错误之处、不实之处或不当之处,需要更改,可提出申请,经单位领导同意,由负责干部、人事档案的工作人员进行核实,经核实确认为错误、不实或不当的,如实进行更改、调整。法律依据：《中华人民共和国档案法》第二十一条鉴定档案保存价值的原则、保管期限的标准以及销毁档案的程序和办法，由国家档案主管部门制定。禁止篡改、损毁、伪造档案。禁止擅自销毁档案。
