释义	暴力干涉婚姻自由致人死亡的，属于结果加重犯。行为人以暴力干涉他人婚姻自由的，一般应处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。如果行为人有前述行为，致使被害人死亡的，应处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。法律依据《刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。第二百五十七条以暴力干涉他人婚姻自由的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪，致使被害人死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。第一款罪，告诉的才处置。
